Dear Mr. Loporchio:
On behalf of the entire staff here at Burbank Water and Power (BWP), I would like to take this opportunity to extend a big "THANK YOU" to VHL's crew and to you in particular for the support, hard work and expertise provided during our June 5, 2008, sewer blockage.
At approximately 2:00 PM on Thursday, 6/5/08, the newly-renovated bathrooms in BWP's Administration Building began backing up creating quite a mess. I called your office and requested assistance. Not twenty minutes passed before a crew was rolling through the BWP gate. They immediately assessed the situation and went into action trying to clear the blocked sewer line. Upon your arrival and from our initial meeting, you displayed a "take charge" style in which it was quite evident that customer service is your company's number one goal. Many hours and countless attempts to clear the blockage were made, however, you would not and did not give up until the problem was found and the repair made.
Receiving such a quick response, the professionalism shown by you and your crew speaks volumes for the staff at VHL. Please share this note of gratitude with those involved.

I want to express my gratitude, on being the lucky recipient of a new water heater! My heater was leaking water and Janet has known this. Steve mentioned the water heater that you had & Â"WAHLAÂ" magically I was the winner! Thank You so much as I was not sure how I would be able to afford this- the cost is expensive!
